Dr. Ed Liebenthal graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1985. Before he decided his real passion was taking care of people he was an engineer and worked for the IBM Corporation for 3 years. Dr. Ed attends many continuing education classes throughout the year to keep current in all of the latest techniques and technologies. He was recently awarded a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry for all of his continuing education.
When he is not in the office Dr. Ed enjoys running, hiking, camping in the national parks, bow hunting, skiing, and every week he meets up with a group of “middle-aged” Hartford guys to play tennis. He is active in his church and enjoys traveling to see his kids and his grandchildren.
Dr. Sue Liebenthal graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Biology. She then graduated from the College of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1983. She is a General Dentist with added training in Orthodontics. Dr. Sue also attends various continuing education classes throughout the year as well.
When Dr. Sue is out of the office she enjoys decorating, hiking, attending aerobics class, and reading. She is very active with her church and enjoys traveling to see her kids and most importantly her grandchildren!
Dr. Seth grew up in Coloma, Michigan and graduated from Coloma High School in 2003. After graduation, he went on to Taylor University where in 2007 he graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Biology.
Dr. Seth then continued to pursue his education at Trinity International University where he graduated Cum Laude honors with a Masters degree in Bioethics. Dr. Seth attended Detroit Mercy Dental School, where he was an active student leader in the Christian Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association.
After graduating from dental school in 2012 with multiple honors, Dr. Seth has been sharpening his skills in a General Dental Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He has enjoyed the challenge of caring for medically-compromised patients while providing complete dentistry in a hospital-based setting.
When not working Dr. Seth enjoys fishing, hunting, kayaking, and working on his family farm. He has been an active member of his church and community. Dr. Seth is looking forward to being back in Southwest Michigan and is now accepting new patients.
